Siddiqsons was established in 1958, is one of the leading names in the country’s industrial sector . It started its operations by trading in Cotton cloth. The acknowledgement and recognition earned encouraged the company to take up manufacturing of Cotton cloth, tents and tarpaulin. The ever changing and dynamic fashion industry took the company into manufacturing of denims, apparels and mill dyed and printed fabric during 80's and 90's.
In the last decade the group has entered into new enterprises of steel, construction, hotel, water treatment and packaging. This was made possible by utilizing the resource of its human capital, financial strength and industry exposure the group earned during these years.

Metal One Corporation, Japan, was established in January 2003, by joint investment of Mitsubishi Corporation and Nissho Iwai Corporation (now Sojitz Corporation) of Japan.
